Powder coating became a widely used application since it was first developed and it still has an increasing usage because of the new techniques and its convenience. Botersan manufactured hundreds of filtered, multicyclone and sinterlamel booths and utilized this experience to meet future requirements and developed systems for current applications. For an effective powder coating application, selection of right system components is essential. In this sense, Botersan selects the best components required for better powder coating and recovery system. In the selection process, different factors such as the characteristics of the work piece, the color changing frequency and the required finishing quality, is considered. Sinterlamel filtered booth is the perfect solution for single color applications. Sinterlamel filter is manufactured from special materials that can endure tough conditions, so it works for years without any problem.
The cartridge type powder booth is suitable for two or three color applications. The cartridge type powder booth provides the highest efficiency for a limited number of color changes, which also is the shortest way of obtaining powder collecting and recovery.
Multicyclone system is suitable for multicolor operations and quick powder changes. Variable numbers of small sized cyclones in a very small space and high air output provide maximum powder recovery. Botersan offers an optimum design of cartridge and cyclone groups consistent with clients’ requirements in order to provide the joy of using a high quality and high efficiency powder paint booth.
